Curriculum: BFA offers a US High School Diploma and the AP International Diploma (APID) for students who score high enough on the required AP courses. In addition to the core academic subjects such as Bible, Math, English, History, Science and Foreign Languages, students are offered elective courses including Geography, Art and Music, Personal Fitness, Graphic Design, Computer Programming, Industrial Arts, Creative Writing, Journalism and much more! Black Forest Academy maintains a library of college catalogs and assists students with college planning. BFA is a site for PSAT, SAT, ACT, and Advanced Placement exams, and can makes arrangements for students to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and Cambridge IGCSE exams. They have a working partnership with the Christliche Schule Kandern (CSK), a bilingual elementary school located in Wollbach. CSK is operated by the Freie Evangelische Schule (FES), in partnership with BFA.
