BGA is located very conveniently in the Vake area of the city centre, in a spacious, airy building. All the British International Programme classrooms are fitted with interactive smartboards, plus there is an art room, a music room and indoors sports hall. A cafeteria meets the needs of the whole school. There is a fully-equipped computer lab, a library, outdoor play area, a fenced soccer/tennis/basketball pitch to enhance the programme. BGA has a full-time doctor located in our first aid room on the ground floor at the entrance to the primary department. /nlThe site is completely enclosed with a gated entrance under 24 hour surveillance by security guards. BGA also uses off-site facilities, such as a large swimming pool close-by, to extend our after-school activity programme. /nlBGA follows the Cambridge Primary Programme and International Primary Curriculum endorsed by QCA (Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, UK). The British International Middle School follows the Cambridge Middle Years Programme and International Middle Years Curriculum. /nlDue to phenomenal growth, the school is planning to move to new premises. The model was recently unveiled by very excited students! The school name will also change to the British International School of Tbilisi from September 2015 and become a non profit school.
