German School Nairobi

Curriculum: The School is authorized to administer real and abitur diploma, which are recognized in Germany. English is the second language beginning in the second grade, and French begins in the sixth grade. Bus services are available. The curriculum is that of the comprehensive German education system. English as a foreign language is taught beginning in Grade 1; in Grade 6, the second foreign language, French is added. Co-curricular activities include choir, instrumental music, photo, soccer, basketball, acrobat, art, swimming and more. The school’s facilities are purpose built, on 3.4 hectares, located in the northwestern part of Nairobi. Facilities include rooms for science, music, geology; a swimming pool and ample sports areas are part of the fenced and secured campus of the school.
