Curriculum: ISK follows a North American curriculum. However, the international nature and structure of the school provides a wide range of educational opportunities for students of all ages, including the challenging and popular International Baccalaureate Program (IB), our Intercultural Program, and a Learning Resource Center (LRC). French, German, Spanish and Kiswahili are offered as modern languages. Specialists include computer, counselor, ESL, learning disabilities, psychologist, reading, speech/hearing. Special programs include art, band, chorus, computer, physical education, drama. Facilities: include a competition-friendly, solar heated swimming pool, two large and two small playing fields, tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, modern science labs, a 17,000 volume library, three computer labs, state of the art visual and creative arts facilities, and a recently completed 500 seat auditorium.
