Curriculum: The modern language offered is French. All students, K-12 take daily instruction in French. The school has staff specialists for music, art, physical education, and English as a second language, as well as Burkina culture, computer, counselor, LD, librarian, doctor, nurse.

Co-Curricular: Opportunities are in baseball, choral and instrumental music, computers, dramas, excursion/expeditions, field trips, games, newspaper, soccer, swimming, video movies, volleyball and yearbook. Facilities: ISO is located on 2.5 hectares of land adjacent to the Zone du Bois, about five minutes from the town center. The campus features a Multimedia Center housing the library and computer lab, a science lab, a student activities center, a multi-use sports court, and fields for softball, soccer (football), and track events, including a snack bar, swimming pool, and lighted tennis court.
