Curriculum: The NSA is an any time school. The curriculum follows an Alberta Education-approved curriculum with a Christian world view. Students are required to have 100 credits to graduate — a core class is five credits. Assignments are given to classes over the Internet and are turned in the same way. Students may have live chats with teachers. Each subject teacher will provide all the helps needed for each subject. Records are maintained by the school and transcripts will be sent out by the school. Parents and students of NorthStar Academy are invited to meet together two or thee times/year; attendance at these meetings is optional.
