COURSE DESCRIPTION

These three modules of learning are required orientation to all SIL staff. They will equip you to recognize all types of harassment, bullying and discrimination. You will learn why these things are destructive in SIL and what to do about them if you witness them or experience them yourself.

Please note this training is about adult to adult relationships. Inappropriate behaviors to children are covered in the Child Safeguarding Courses.

If you are a Line Manager* there is additional training available to you in that role, found in Workplace Behavior – Line Managers in Course Connections, Global HR’s online learning site.
