3 Point Assessment

Spiritual Health Assessment Scale (SHAS)

This tool has been adopted from research by Dr. Kusum Lata Gaur & Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Preventive and Social Medicine Department, S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and uses different words and phrases to offer a reflection on wellbeing. It  has been used to cause you to think (because we are not using the usual Christian words!) about how you feel about those things.

Please indicate where you think you are today,  on the Likert scale in each statement.
